Understand program requirements and how to qualify applicants to maintain compliance so that you are always “audit ready.” Implement best practices to meet occupancy goals, stay organized and up to date as compliance regulations change.
Compliance, Leasing, Assistant Managers, Managers, Supervisors and Owners that manage or own communities that provide affordable housing and are responsible for maintaining compliance.
Understand affordable housing rules and best practices to meet compliance for various programs including LIHTC, HOME, PFC, and HFC.
