This program includes everything you need to know to be in compliance with requirements for the housing tax credit program and is taught by compliance experts from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
At TAA’s Housing Tax Credit Compliance Training you will: Review key HTC rules. Hear an overview of the allocation/award process, affirmative marketing, income and rent limits, and minimum set-asides. Discover how utility allowances, applicable fractions, unit transfers and household additions have an impact, and how the recertification process works. Review onsite file requirements and how to report to TDHCA.
To receive a certificate for the online seminar, you must register with TAA. Access instructions and seminar materials will be emailed to each registrant upon registration completion. Please provide an accurate email address when you register.
