Income Determination Training - Weslaco
TDHCA’s First Thursday Income Determination Training is coming to you!
This program focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs. Learn about calculating income, calculating assets and adjusted income. Get answers to your questions about eligibility. All affordable housing property owners and managers and all MFDL program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by the compliance staff at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income and more.
Cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:30 a.m.
