The evolution of our industry and our increasing reliance on smartphones brings a new set of measures for your reputation. In addition to creating relevant and useful social media content and managing reviews generated by residents, you also need to be aware of and engaged with reviews generated by your employees, and the degree to which your organization supports the community-at-large. Jen is the multifamily industry’s leading educator and authority on resident retention, employee retention, corporate social responsibility and reputation management.  A noted author, keynote speaker and highly followed blogger, Jen has spoken at such events as NMHC OpTech, NAA’s Apartmentalize, AIM, Multifamily Social Media Summit and Canada’s Landlord WebCon. While her presentation style has been likened to, “warm milk and cookies,” her sharp insights have been the catalyst for profitable performance improvement among her client base.
