This program focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers and all MFDL program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by the compliance staff at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income and more. The program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with lunch provided from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:30 a.m. This program is not approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for MCE credits. Seminar materials will be sent to your email address; please provide an accurate email. No handouts will be provided at the seminar.
