This Apartment and Rental Housing Legal Seminar takes an in-depth look at changes in the 2020-2021 REDBOOK. The course is taught by David Fritsche with Law Offices of R. David Fritsche. The program is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with lunch provided from 12 to 1 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:30 a.m.

This course has been approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 5 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education elective credits for licensed real estate agents or brokers.  Licensed realtors and brokers must provide their license number at the seminar to earn MCE credits. TREC Provider name & number: Texas Apartment Association, 0087. This seminar also qualifies for 5 hours of continuing education credits for CAM, CAPS, CAMT, CAS and NALP designates.

Cancellations must be received in writing by March 12, 2020 and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed.
